Job Summary

Designs and builds web pages, including promotional pages, banner ads, new products or applications, using a variety of graphics, animation and design software applications, techniques, and tools. Designs and develops user interface features, site animation, and special effects elements. Creates compelling visual campaigns, animations and assets for our desktop and mobile websites. Contributes ideas and provides guidance to the design of new campaigns working with internal and external groups. Ensures the campaign and design elements support the organization's strategies, goals and style guidelines.

Responsible for implementing best practices and improving the business websites user experience using data and analytics to increase overall lead conversion.

  • Create and manage site optimization projects and priorities
  • Assist in the production of wireframes, prototypes, concept sketches, interaction designs and user flows
  • Analyze data, heat maps, and user recordings in order to generate hypotheses and design landing pages to AB test
  • Design and AB test different creatives for SEO, SEM, display, and email campaigns to improve conversion and user experience across all channels
  • Create strategies to execute testing across a wide array of digital properties
  • Develop measurable visitor paths designed to increase engagement and conversion
  • Improve conversion rates by leveraging industry software to translate insights about users and customer segments into a compelling web / mobile user experience
  • Develop business cases at a strategic and tactical level to ensure the right tests are being conducted in the correct sequence as part of our strategic optimization strategy and roadmap
  • Identify potential opportunities that can be nurtured into “long-term customers”

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and eight years related work experience or twelve years related work experience post high school
  • Five years experience creating web site visuals or other digital media
  • Portfolio of representative work

Preferred Qualifications
  • Five years interactive design agency, marketing or PR experience
  • Three years of business digital marketing experience.
  • Conversion rate optimization experience in a lead generation B2B environment.
