Our data science teams have afforded Chegg a competitive advantage over would be disruptors.  Learning Services’ embedded data science team, has become the tip of the spear for leveraging data to improve business outcomes.  We are organized in a hybrid model where data scientists are aligned with either the general managers of our businesses or the Chief of Learning Officer but we still interact and support one another as if we are a fully centralized organization.
