CRO Manager

hear.com is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to own Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO). You will join us in our journey to become the global market leader in the hearing care industry. This role will require you to be detail oriented, analytical, and creative. You’ll need to be experienced taking a hypothesis-driven, data-centric approach to improving funnel KPIs.

What you’ll do:

  • Responsible for the conception, design, and execution of A/B tests to optimize the online customer journey
  • Coordinate and manage projects throughout the customer journey, from top of the funnel through to the purchase event
  • Work in close collaboration with marketing, IT, design, and sales
  • Distill learnings from test results and share with broader product and marketing team. Further, leverage learnings to develop hypotheses for future tests
About you:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, Business Administration, Marketing, or another technical field of study
  • Two or more years of digital marketing or product management experience, optimizing touchpoints along the customer journey
  • Strong work ethic, highly organized, and able to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment
  • Growth mindset with a firm grasp of the digital marketing landscape with a passion for UX design and research
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Optimizely, Unbounce, or similar tools
  • JavaScript a plus
