We are looking for a Full Stack Java Engineer for a unique opportunity to develop a next generation web platform for our leading web and video conferencing service. This is a senior role within engineering and an opportunity to influence the architecture and roadmap of the product.


  • Hands on software development for product that will perform at scale, be supportable, and be extensible.
  • Builds, maintains, and extends our DevOps toolset to ensure ongoing improvements to team productivity and product scalability.
  • Mentors and develops the team.


  • BS degree or equivalent in a directly related discipline (CS, Eng, etc.).
  • 5+ years experience.
  • Must know modern SaaS architecture and experience over full stack.
  • Have successfully built, deployed, and supported an enterprise-scale web application in the cloud .
  • Ideally have full-stack experience, with expertise in at least one layer.
  • Hands-on software development experience in Java.
  • Hands-on software development experience in JavaScript with a modern MVC framework.
  • Understands complex workflows and develop and validate innovative solutions to solve difficult problems.
  • Expertise with relational and no-sql databases like MySQL, Hbase, Redis or databases.
  • Strong understanding of web technologies: HTML, JavaScript, HTTP and backend programming of web applications in Java.
  • Experience with Java Servlets, REST, and SOAP.
  • Experience with multi-threaded programming.
  • Experience developing application on Linux.
  • Knowledge of public and private key cryptography, digital signatures, digital certificates, PGP, and encryption protocols such as TLS/SSL.
  • Familiarity with coding and diagnosing problematic SQL.
  • Familiarity with Unix shell and source control systems and tools such as git, maven and ant.
  • Knowledge of authentication protocols such as basic and digest authentication, SAML, LDAP, and OAuth.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience solving internet scale problems
  • Experience working on cloud (on-demand) software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skill
  • Cloud experience
