Pandora is looking for an associate partner manager to own strategic partnerships and their related cross functional initiatives. Responsibilities include the successful roll out, communication, and commercialization of partner initiatives as well as day to day management of partners in scope. This is a highly cross-functional independent contributor role that will report into Platforms and Partner Operations and combines aspects of program management, partner management and operations.  <p

The ideal candidate will have past success in being a liaison with cross-functional players and have a strong operational midnset. You should be able to build proactive communications programs and possess an ability to distill complicated issues into meaningful, actionable components. You should have an eye for efficiency, scale, and automation, and always question how we can make things better, faster, easier.  You should be able to work autonomously but thrive on collaboration.  You should enjoy working in an extremely fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.  Excellent relationship-building skills, communication capabilities, experience with crisis communications and program management skills are crucial.  And, of course, you should love music.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage strategic partnerships and related initiatives
  • Follow operations go-to-market strategy for various internal programs and initiatives
  • Coordinate realistic project estimates, plans and/or metrics
  • Engage with and obtain buy-in on program strategy from senior leaders of cross functional teams
  • Setup and manage working groups to ensure successful completion of the program
  • Work and communicate effectively with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Engineering, Product Management, Finance and Legal to build consensus and meet projected deadlines
  • Drive, manage and communicate status on programs from conception through launch, and provide post-launch analysis
  • Assist internal teams with developing and communicating best practices around partners and related initiatives

Qualifications:
  • BS or BA degree
  • 3+ years in a Project Management, Technical Project Management, Business Analyst, or Ad Technology role at a digital or mobile media company
  • Strong written/verbal communication skills with internal & external audiences; polished and professional demeanor
  • Ability to build relationships with Sr. Manager-level stakeholders, to lead cross-functional teams and to influence decision-making
  • Experience partnering with Sales, Product and/or Engineering teams on projects and owning execution of particular chunks
  • Capacity to manage and prioritize multiple projects concurrently; adept at keeping detailed notes, project plans, and documentation for each program component
  • Excellent analytical & technical skills
  • Proficiency with SFDC, MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, SmartSheet and other productivity tools
